Ole Dr. Acula just found out some (personal) World Shattering news.

I wont bore you with a tear fest of my own depressing ordeal. I don't feel comfortable with expressing the details of my "news"

But I assure you this crippling news I received less than 40 hours ago... still is hard for me to deal with. Its hard for me to find my bearings and continue on.

But I shall.

I will continue on and pick myself up. I am not much for self pity... and I refuse to drag myself down with such negative ways of thinking.

If you are having it hard... or if you ever have... and if you arent going through some bad things right now...

You will... in the future... sooner or later... bad shit happens to everyone...

Keep this in mind.

No matter what happens... no matter how hard it hits you... no matter how much worse you think you got it... You can make it... If I can survive what I just found out... anyone can survive... be brave... be strong! and one foot at a time... take it slow... just live minute by minute...

Know how strong you are and that no matter what... you can make it!

I made it through that first night... so can you... no matter what is happening!

Even though tears may fall, even if those you loved the most have turned on you... even if you feel a oppressing cloud of intolerable grief... know the sun will shine again... maybe not now... maybe not in a week... but eventually the sun will shine...

and if you work through your pain and never allow it to drag you down... the sun will shine brighter than ever for you.
