YouTube is littered with black folk calling each other "the N word" but it's not OK for anyone else to use it.

So let me get this straight:

If I was black its fine for me to call any other black a ni**er but if I am white then I am not allowed to use that word, in fact, I cant even say the word and must refer to it as the "N" word.

Yet the internet is full of reference to white people being called "honky", "cracker", "whitey" or whatever other word them people of color like to call us and that it just fine and we are supposed to just deal with it.
