Take pictures of his license plate.

Rent the same car he has and print out a picture of his license plate so you can tape it over the one on the rental.

Now it looks like his car and license plate.

Drive through every red light camera you can find.

Go to shady areas where drug dealers and hookers hang out.....

Play his game. He wants to play dirty then play dirty.

Put a locking gas cap on his car and super glue his windshield wipers down.

Pay for strippers to show up to his house when his wife is home. Have them call his house when she is home....take pictures of different women in the rental car with his license plate.

He will be so busy with his wife busting his balls he won't have time to fuck with you.

Christ man, use your fucking brain and take the fight to him.

Here's a couple more..

Subscribe him to the NAMBLA news letter and any other free disgusting publications. Flood his mailbox with the stuff all with his name on it.

Drop an anon tip to the DHS that you suspect explosive devices may be manufactured at his residence, along with a marajuana growing operation. You see all sorts of strange materials beimg carried into the residence, lights, fert, containers, etc.. And the odor coming from his property smells like a possible crank cookimg operation.

I am sure sometimes you have more than you can eat as certain foods come into season.
What about donating some of the surplus to charity or your local church, to help poor families?
Could be good publicity for you.

the trick to dealing with city and state cockroaches is to show them you have bigger legal guns than they do. NO this doesn't require a fortune or a team of fancy lawyers, just some brains and balls. Open a case jacket at your federal district courthouse and everytime they send you a presentment write "REFUSAL FOR CAUSE" "FILED US FEDERAL DIST COURTHOUSE XXXXXX CASE NO. XXXXXX". I guarantee you wont find a cockroach from here to alaska that is willing to challenge that.

Re: Township fines me $5000, claiming my garden blocks rainwater from getting to my own sewer on my property. Guess who my neighbor is?
*This story will be in a major newspaper tomorrow where I live.*

So, 3 years ago I built a pretty expansive garden on my property. I have grown just about everything. In that time, I have been able to loose over 85 pounds and get my life back on track, living a much healthier lifestyle. I was tired of being fat and unhealthy and decided that planting my own food was the best approach at changing my life. Through my garden, my mother was able to help nearly cure her diabetes after i convinced her to start eating food that i grew from my garden. Today she is off of all of her insulin and diabetic medication.

The problem? My neighbor just happens to be the commissioner in my town. My other neighbor, just happens to be his son. They have made it fairly public that they hate my garden. After i went door to door and had an overwhelming majority of people who live on my street sign a chicken petition, things started to take a curious turn. So curious that my commissioner neighbor and he son, purchased over 40 trees and planted them all in a line right along my property fence to block my garden. He then had the audacity to question my neighbors and ask them why they signed my chicken petition.

It's a long story, but to keep it short, the township sent me a letter claiming that my garden was restricting rainwater from reaching a sewer grate located on my property. We live at the bottom of a hill, so this could never physically be true. The township cites that this water restriction had been, "brought to their attention", by an unnamed source.

We sent certified letters to the township asking for proof that our garden blocks rainwater, and we also asked for proof of the complaint that was called into them. The township ignored our requests and failed to respond to any of our letters. After some time had passed, we received a letter from the township stating that if we did not remove or relocate our garden, they would begin fining us. They township code officer told us we had 7 days to respond to his letter. So, we called his office to talk to him, and what a coincidence, he just happened to go on vacation, so that we could not respond to him in the allotted time frame.

So, we ended up calling and talking to the township administrator. After a lengthy debate the township finally conceded and agreed to send an engineer to evaluate our property to prove what they were saying was true. Guess what? The engineer never came, the township never contacted us and on one fine day we received an envelope in the mail with 3 fines for nearly 700 each claiming that we were in violation for restricting/obstructing stormwater. The citations read that we had 10 days to respond and plead not guilty. Guess what? One of our citations were already 10 days old on the day that we received them. On the very next day, we received 4 more citations for again nearly 700 a piece claiming the same violations.

It still amazes me that this is the world we live in sometimes. People who hold positions of office just do whatever they want. They ignore laws and act as if they can get away with anything they want. Well, i decided to call every newspaper and television news station in my area. One newspaper is running the story tomorrow, and a second one just sent their photographer. I've had tv stations call me back and I am hoping it makes the evening news. At this point, we are going to have to get a lawyer. I know some of you could care less about an organic garden. But for me, this is about a whole lot more, such as property rights and personal freedom. And those two things are worth fighting for.

The good thing about all their garbage paperwork is they HAVE SENT YOU EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SUE THEM INTO THE GROUND.

I know you can do it. Nicely done with the garden, btw. Maybe consider independent media or going on the local cb radio to get the truth out. Rally the people by reminding them they could be next.

You have so many more options than them ebcause they just do the same old same old, and if they flip it they go down hard. You own them as long as they do that job. They'd LOVE you to forget this fact.

I would file court complaint...

post state/city, I may be able to help with drafting original summon.

Complaint does not have to be very fancy. You do not have to spell out entire history.

Complaint

On this day I install garden
On this day I received letter from xxx
City never inspected my property
....
I complained to the city.

They refused to do anything.

Relief
injunction relief that bars city from enforcing rain water blah blah blah. In addition we are seeking

You could also ask for temporary relief that bars any fines.

I will post the link to the news article when it comes out. I will also put up some links so people can see the garden I am talking about.

Oh! That's the kind of gardening I'm doing. Here where I live in Texas, the land that my parent's bought was used for farming cotton. The soil is so anaerobic it's taken 5 years just to get it to grow Johnson grass. o.O So we put in the box gardens so that we could mix our soil with the compost my mom has been making for the past 10 years. What a job it's been, but we have brought the yard to life using this method over the past 5 years. Excellent way to garden in small spaces or in places where the soil needs improving.

From a civil engineer I know...

with the drought we've all faced this year, the sewer plants are also facing issues being able to process the crap & put it downstream. With a drought, they have to make up for such water in the creeks/rivers they dump the "treated" crap into to keep the % correct.

maybe this is part of it, but I bet it's your a hole bosses next door.

Always carry cheap canera to snap photos of any aggressive criminal acts, have one in car, film anything they do even if you do not have any film in camera.

I've lived in the N.E. Ohio area since 1960 after being raised out west. Found criminals running the whole show, especially the local police, who ran everything for profit. Confiscated drugs, guns (hundreds) Finaly found some of these were found in hands of maff,ia hit group during the The Cleveland Summer of El bomb-o 1976, mother fuckers set off 36 bombs that year, killing lots of people. Bastards tried to have some grease-ball murder me in my parents driveway at 1:00AM that pissed me off so had people getting
me recorded conversations with the town mayor (good guy),\ he had proof on these criminal cops, out of 14 - all of them were using POT, plus selling excess to friends, all confiscated guns were sold to criminals.

Tooks lots of years to shove these bastards out, but I exposed all their dirty, evil shit. Only one of these bastards made out from those crimes, retired in $450,000 home, plus built one more beutiful place for his son.
Have had all of that photographed to make case for IRS to ask were criminal money came from?

Now, get the idea of what happens when scum takes control of USA small towns? Fight the bastards with all you can, let them know - "its going to cost you way more than you can afford".

Will keep this posted as we collect more photos of crooks on $8,000 lawn mowers. $30,000 fancy front yard gazzebo!

Plus folks, the FBI was forced to attack the criminal mafia types running Cleveland with huge task force to put away all those people also. Look it up to see what has happened to scum bags in Cleveland-he he they got the shaft finaly!

Re: Township fines me $5000, claiming my garden blocks rainwater from getting to my own sewer on my property. Guess who my neighbor is?
Here is a link to the news article, it ran nearly a full age in today's newspaper on page 6. The writer got a couple of details wrong, like the variety of trees the neighbors planted, and he also says i called the police on my neighbor, which did not happen. Other than that, it is a pretty straight forward news article.

Thanks for all of the responses. I just got in from a late night overtime call at work, so i could not respond sooner. I am located in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia. I will post the link to the news article when it comes out. I will also put up some links so people can see the garden I am talking about.

Your raised beds are at the back of your property, out of the way. I think they are reaching with the rain water issue. Spread this story far and wide. Not sure why these people are afraid of you garden. It seems inconspicuous to me. Ive also seen much larger ones. It seems neat and tidy.......Good luck.
