You can check it yourself at www.safersys.org. Scroll down a bit and click on company snapshot, then you can search companies yourself by DOT#.

I got: 1557143 for the DOT#.
and 576490 for the MC#.

The profile pops up and sure enough the MC# matches this DOT#. So CMT Transport is the one hauling these containers.

CMT has a 32% Out of Service record. Out of service is when they don't pass a safety or other inspections.

Camp Ripley comes in the closest at nearly 3 hours away. And I believe this video was shot in Wisconsin, right?

He's probably just an innocent trucker looking for hauling jobs, but who knows maybe he has a connection to FEMA. I'll leave further digging up to the other GLPers.
