God doesn't grant you wishes like that; he doesn't give you stuff out of the blue because it would defeat the purpose of life.

But He ALWAYS responds when you ask him to show the WAY to achieve what you want... in my experience at least.

true randomness does not exist in Nature, only pseudo-randomness (it looks like random, but it isn't). Everything follows a pattern. There is always a higher intelligence controlling the outcome, with the highest one being God.

When we can't see the pattern behind a phenomenon , it just means that we are dumb / blind and disconnected from God.

God knows that we need money to live and pay our bills. He can provide that money in any way He wants. He can provide by a job, a loan, or a gift. He can use anything to do His will.

When I needed money for something, He told me to put a bracelet that I had on ebay, and I did. It sold in 24 hours. Gave me enough money to buy the wood stove that I needed for my home.

This person was a faithful friend of God's long before. He spent much time with God, twice a day. When he needed help, God helped him with what he needed.

God is good and He will take care of His faithful people, people that spend time with Him everyday even when they don't need anything. God knows who His friends are.

Nothing wrong with buying a lottery ticket. Now if you spend your life in a casio desperately trying to get rich because money is your God, then that's a problem.
