the sad thing here is we can look back and only look back and see that happened before a large quake....but it might happen many times again and no quake!
but was there before most quakes.
kinda like predicting a tornado.
the sky might be right....but the funnel may not form.....or the funnel does form but never drops.....


so yah i would go with an EQ watch
