Tell him how obama squandered trillions bailing out the rich bankers and passing on the debt to our children.

Then brag to him about gay marriage and how awesome it is!

Then tell him about how well Obama does on immigration!

Tell him just how Obama failed the economy and broke most of his election promises.

Tell him he will die by an obama death panel when obama care arrives!

Ask him to elaborate. Ask exactly what it is he disagrees with. If he can't develop his ideas, point it out to him. Unless of course, you are not educated enough yourself to reply with a discernible argument.

Personally I agree with him, but only because I have educated myself not because he is black.

Sure he elaborates, but there's no reasoning with a guy so set in his views. I asked him what the worst thing about Romney was, and he said "Romney-care", which is essentially saying the worst thing about the guy is that he agreed with Obama on one issue.


I'll educate myself, but I really don't know where to look for unbiased political coverage. It's all greek to me...

I believe on of the most impactful statements you can make right now as the Middle East Burns our Embassies, and WWIII is about to break out, world leaders begging for an audience with Obama, He is on the view, Letterman, partying with Beyonce and JZ...It will totally change his mind.

Remind him/her that most people are interested in the same things. Taking care of themselves, their family, their friends and neighbors. When all these needs are taken care of then and only then will you argue with him/her about the relative merits of their political perspective.

Bid them good day.

Take a walk. Watch the sunset. Go home and take care of the above mentioned. Smile at someone who needs a smile.

Forget the asshat until everyone one on the list above is taken care of. You'll find you don't give a shit about him/her anymore. Problem solved.
