should be levied with a huge sur-charge to fund a "damages payout fund" just like the FDIC.

How did they already know? Because they caused the problem. They decided to try and drill to get to deposits above the salt dome back in 2010....then they accidentally breached the wall of the dome...

the Governor has made a couple of token gestures over the past 8 months. especially that speech he gave in Baton Rouge,

Well who is to say that they aren't just drinking Louisiana's milkshake? I remember seeing something when I was watching the BP disaster showing the connectivity of the caverns. The oil seemed to flow UNDER the level of the salt domes. Does anyone have that link?

Seems to me they're just sucking it dry. It's not rocket science. They've tapped into something that pulls from deep underneath Louisiana and they're causing it to friggin SINK!

And they're doing a PR shift to the Brine company to cover their asses.
