Reality check:
I was recently involved with trying to help a friend of our families kick their 24 year old (drug addicted) son out of their home. When I arrived he was in a fit of rage, cursing out his mom, throwing objects at her car etc. When I stepped in to assist I got a reality check....What I mean is this guy was cranked up on bath salts, he might weigh 150lbs. His strength and rage where off the charts.
Also, I'm 6'3" (217lbs) hold a second degree in TKD, first degree in both Judo and Jujutsu. I hope I've made my point very clear.
Martial arts are great, but not a cure all:)
