Mind control programs do estxist. If you believe you are the victim of this stalking you should:
Buy an Ion tester. - MK2 induces a POSITIVE charge to the victim and the victims environment. The human body should have a NEGATIVE charge.
Buy an Outlet tester. - MK2 program opens the victims home/office electrical ground. Tester will show abnormal electrical line being OPEN.
Take pictures reflecting abnormal test results. Have someone help you, if possible.
Perp needs access to victims electrical lines. Program vibrates the wires that run throughout victims environment. Vibration creates a tone, which is only heard by victim. This vibration sound can be recorded. Simply use a handheld recording device so mic to pressed flat to wall. The victim receives a POSITIVE charge, allowing perp to map victims movements.
Perp uses echolalia (sp?). Electrical charge allows perp access to victims visual center. Program needs victim to have his/her eyes open, mainly to allow light into the left eye. Human visual center occupies approximately 70% of the brain. How to block this? Wear an eye patch over left eye.
Perp gains access to victims thoughts via the echolalia. When we think or read, even though we don't know it, we 'say' each word. Echolalia allows perp to hear our thoughts. Same for anything we visualize. Perp sees what victim sees.
Perp gains access to victims vocal cords via echolalia. Talks to victim using victims own voice.
Program induces great physical pain when run constantly over an extended period of time. Can cause scalp sores, hair loss. Victim feels a vibration, usually in great toe, right foot. This is due to electromagnetic radiowaves being sent by victim so perp can locate victim. Program cause hands to become slightly swollen, with burning pain. Due to victim emiting electromagnetic radiowaves.
Perp can gain access to anything victim touches. To which sends charge to item, allows perp to read anything victim touches. To counter this all victim has to do is wear thick white cotton gloves. White cotton does not carry a charge. Can also mess with perp by repeatedly touching same printed page, like pages in a phone book. Tap the page in a very rapd manner many times. Each tap send info to perps copying machine. Can make perp receive hundreds of useless pages.
This program is illegal, extremely invasive, and capable of inducing great pain. It appears Private Investigators use this illegal program.
Victim reports PI crosses state lines via this program. Perps do not have medical knowledge. VERY dagerous.
