Perps now seem to prefer V2S (Voice-to-skull) plus echolalia. The program is via electromagnetic radiowaves. Perp needs victim who has a telephone and prefers the victim also have a computer. Perps use all known technology to reach the victim. Remember, radiowaves surround us. TV, phone, radio, the air is loaded with them. The perp simply has to get the victims personal frequency (we all have one), set radiowaves he/she wants to send to that frequency, send the sound via that frequency directly to the victim via anything that carries sound. The perp also sends positive electric charges to the victim via the electrical system outlets. This keeps the victim in a positive state, makes the victim like an attractive radio antenna bringing the perp directly to the victim. Perp then gains visual and auditory control of victim. Ultimately, allows access to CNS.
