Why are people getting sporadic supposed test or anomolous Emergency Alerts over a period of about a year?
On DirecTv and also on smartphones. "They" are Messing with us!!
Quoting: testtube I feel this is yet more evidence of manipulation of people by US gov't! Think of the ways they can use this to their advantage to manipulate us! CRAZY!!!
