She was arrested for drinking and driving. She hit another car while intoxicated. The judge ordered that she take down her facebook page as part of her probation (this part, I am at odds with) and she left it open and typed that. She was in contempt of court for violating a court order. She could have challenged it before and did not and then disobeyed. I hate prohibition of the first amendment but this is not the landmark case. She blatantly disobeyed after having the chance to disagree with the rule. I assure you, she was an idiot and the judge was not a Muslim trying to ban free speech. You m-m-m-muh-make me HAAA-PEEE. Psalm 34:14 - Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it. Some facebook software flagged his conversation as suspicious and he was reported to authorities and arrested. Now, obviously trying to lure kids for sex is wrong, but for anyone who thinks facebook isn't watching everything you say and do within its confines...THINK AGAIN. While awaiting trial she made several insulting remarks about the witnesses ( the four teenagers she hit) and bragged repeatedly about how mcuh she drinks on FB For reasons i cant figure out the judge went easy on her , All she had to do was attend rehab and DELETE her FB account as a condition of her release. She never deleted her account ( kept using it ) so the judge threw her ass in jail for a few days. |
