Considering the amount of false alarms on glp, I just want you all to know that this thread is posted by a knowledgeable, conservative person.

Do not dismiss this thread out of hand. Nobody's saying what this CME will cause on Earth (because we don't know), but when a sun tard says "pay attention something is up" you are wise to do so! :)

These kinds of CME's have the potential to cause disruptions, that is all we are trying to alert you to.

I just don't understand something they call it a far side explosion but aove on the link it seems earth will get a glancing blow out of it?

So what is it not will earth get hit after all?

Or will it miss it's trajectory completely?

I can vouch for shadasonic also. Every time he gives the warning I go fill up my genset. And every time the cme hits even the small ones, my power goes out. Sometime just for a few hours sometimes for the whole day. That's what I get for moving to a third world country with shit infrastructure.
