you can take epson salts, in low doses gives you needed magnesium, in higher doses, cleanses your bowel. great to use a couple times a year on purpose, and if you take them to clease, take smaller dose first, then a bigger one and some ollive oil and they will help relax the bile duct to remove gall stone build ups.

I already take Magnesium supplement w/Manganese, so the Epsom Salts would be for cleansing the internal body.You can soak your feet in a bucket or 5 gal pail with warm water and Epsom Salts--they will soak into your skin--nice alternative if you don't have a bath tub. ALso there is an magnesium oil that will soak into your skin after you shower--you just spray it on. [ link to www.amazon.com] And is Doom on or off? I'm about to go to the grocery store.
