I had a day like that yesterday. Began in the afternoon a & went downhill for the rest of the day & evening. It was one of those days that I wished I never left the house. Unexpected glitches kept happening which made me more & more angry. Still feel it today. I don't like feeling this way, so I hope it passes soon. Maybe its the moon phase we're in??? We're only concerned with one CME that I know of. This is more Earth-directed than the one from March's X5 flare; it's also slower, but appears to have more density. IMO the density is what compresses the magnetosphere. Much will depend on the Bz direction and strength. We could see some auroras further south as we did last October from another filament eruption which was predicted to be a glancing blow.

you can take epson salts, in low doses gives you needed magnesium, in higher doses, cleanses your bowel. great to use a couple times a year on purpose, and if you take them to clease, take smaller dose first, then a bigger one and some ollive oil and they will help relax the bile duct to remove gall stone build ups.
