Take a look at the sat data imaging, almost a full halo flare, no avoiding it, direct hit. From the data posted by NASA and NOAA it's a mid-range C Flare which if true should not pose much of a threat to anything but it looked much bigger than that to me prior to the data being overwritten.

they have removed the supposed cme from the model. that some thought was earth directed. there were no clear images from stereo, which was down then sorry doom cancelled for you.

After looking at Stereo A vids, the big ones are headed away from Earth.

I thinks he got a boner and wanked off to all this Sun Doom and he miss directed his projection, thus swamping his space bar with Jizsm and it becoming sticky....

We're only concerned with one CME that I know of. This is more Earth-directed than the one from March's X5 flare; it's also slower, but appears to have more density. IMO the density is what compresses the magnetosphere. Much will depend on the Bz direction and strength. We could see some auroras further south as we did last October from another filament eruption which was predicted to be a glancing blow.

Heres a shot of the northeastern little filament liftoff( I say little its 10x the size of earth. Look at the big half circle filament dead center, we better hope that stays put, its huge and would be geoeffective
