300 million for a contract for some buildings doesnt sound like a lot either, standard warehouses these days cost a few million, id imagine a standard small unit building with diesel tanks and generators and security fencing etc probably costs about 10 or 20 million.

As a matter of fact a DHS agent set up next to me at the range awhile back. He told me they can use their personal weapons on the job. He had a customized AK-47 with a scope. He stayed just long enough to zero his new AK on a full size silouhette target which I'm sure he got from work. Very few people would waste money on a target like that to zero a weapon. He had about a 3" group at 100 yards. Combat accuracy. Oh and....head shots. You fudgepackers will soon wake up to a cold hard reality.....
