A little background before you get the wrong idea. That book "Go the Fuck To Sleep" was actually a rebutal to the initialization of this blog [link to bluecreature.wordpress.com] if you go to this blog you will notice on the top right hand corner that it says "Time to wake the f@#k up!". The book shortly after the blog went up. They like using actors and public figures to make veiled threats to people that they don't approve of or are on the kill list. So actually the book was a rebutal to the blue creature blog and its author Marco Cordon.
