I live and work in Dearborn MI, I am acquainted with many of my neighbors and local business owners that are muslim and for the record they do not to my knowledge openly support any violence against Christians or any other faith for that matter. Most are happy, normal folk trying to survive in a world gone mad. I have run into a few that carry a lot of angst but the good far outweighs the bad IMO, most everyone I speak with understands that their faiths and minds are being manipulated for a greater evil.

I was going to attend the rally on Friday in opposition of it's organizers to support our Bill of Rights however I chose not to do so for personal reasons. I have heard nothing on the local news as of yet stating there was any inflammatory acts on either side.

Once again, IMO, all of this hate and fear being spread is the doing of key members of the cabal and their wish to create chaos and havoc in the streets of America to further their own agendas, don't be sucked into their game. It's time we started seeing souls for what they are on an individual basis, no matter the color or creed or belief system. It is not the Muslims that are our enemy, it's the puppeteers pulling the strings we need to take heed of.

I think the "christians'" behaviour was disgusting, immoral, and not at all the least bit Christian-like. Really, thwey offend me with the way they were treating their fellow man. That being said, the way the whole event played out was just wrong. The christians had no right to shove their hate messages in the faces of the muslims, but the muslims have been in this country long enough to know that there are legal ways of dealing with hate crimes. No one has the right to throw things at another person.
All that being said, I find it hard to believe that real christians would behave this way. Could it be they were following someone that was planted there to incite or inflame the event? Or could they have all been actors?

This news is three months old i I recall correctly and was started when Christians were parading a pig's head around outside of the festival and protesting. Was the festival a Muslim festival to begin with or just an Arab festival?

As someone else said, I'm no fan of Islam either, but you are going to get soda cans and plastic bottles thrown at you for that kind of protesting.

I believe my friend you are on the right path with your questions. I'm also acquainted with a few of the cops that frequent our business in Dearborn and the scuttlebutt is that indeed ppl are being duped by fraudulent entities doing their best to inflame the situation.

U know how much mistreatment these guys get? The parents just try to get by earning a living for their kids. But their kids are growing up here and taught not to take this very kind of BS. (Its hard to watch because it can easily be misinterpreted; but then again with the pressure they get how could you expect anything less... Even if their behavior was pretty awful.)

Were they even stoned though? I've been hearing it was plastic bottles and soda cans, I mean I'm sure its possible one of them chucked a rock but I don't think that qualifies as "stoning", sounds like hype for the story.

I hate those street preachers. They come to NOLA every year for Mardi Gras. Good to see them get their asses kicked.
