I never understood the racial prejudice between the Japanese and Chinese until I went to Hong Kong in the late 80's.

Was at a Jazz club and two groups of guys at two different tables. One Chinese and one Japanese. A verbal skirmish, words back and forth, a lot of hate was flying between tables.

When I asked my Chinese friend what was going on, he told me one table was Chinese and one table was Japanese, both businessmen in suits and they hated each other to no end, name calling etc. At that time I did not know that, but if you read through history you can understand why the Chinese hate the Japanese so much.

Minorities including Blacks here really have a lot of opportunities for education, business etc. I am a professional and a certain amount of public jobs like 50% I think have to go to minorities and that includes women. If you are a minority firm you will have tons of public work.

As far as I am concerned, American Blacks need to get over it and move on. The people that really Got Fucked here in America are the native American Indians.
