World Banker Makes Stunning Confession

This fellow knows nothing. He may be a banker, but like many in financial services, he says one thing and does another.

Many of his clients will be westerners who have invested in the East and have eagerly financed the sweatshops so as to draw maximised dividends. When workers in the East have reached a point of maximised return, investors will look elsewhere or at other alternatives (but that is at last two decades away).

Eventually, the options for maximisation will have been exhausted which is the tipping point for communism (many more decades yet).

Now lets visit that dynamic:

1 There WILL be globalisation as investors chase profits hither and thither;

2 Region by region, investments will seek low cost options;

3 London and NY will forever remain points where the mercantilst surplus from the East is amplified with the use of Anglo-Saxon legal vehicles;

4 Overcapacity will continue to drive consumer deflation into the abyss (although food and resource inflation will explode due to over-capacity and the bourgeoining numbers of would be entrepreneurs.)

5 These factors will culminate in the final collapse of capitalism which is many many decades away as I have said and really an academic point for those of us residing in the early 21st century.

So go out a enjoy the fruits of capitalism if you can afford it. If you can't, too bad. Nuffin to be done at this stage.

We have no idea where humankind will ultimately end. However, the reason I suggest that speculation about global capitalism is a waste of time is as these are early days in what will ultimately turn out to be the greatest consolidation of wealth in the hands of a few in history and it will breed a dialectic dynamic in the process (which was the basis of the American Revolution).

All of this is objective. Capitalists aren't evil or whatever...however, a system which at once glorifies the personal above the common MUST eventually lead to these results. If you think I lie, consider yourself in Bernanke's job. No wait, you can't as you will never be in his position which is high academia.

OK, consider yourself as fabulously wealthy as this is a possibility were you to be smart (lucky) enough. Now ask yourself, do you see a ceiling to that wealth or would you naturally gravitate towards strategies that will continually amplify that wealth...strategies such as outsourcing to China.

As a Marxist, I personally have gone to great lengths to ensure that I acquire the skills to make a good living (working for myself) as I know that this system is with us for a LONG, LONG time.
