State Dept. Still Won’t Say Why There Were No Marines at U.S. Consulate in Benghazi
Department still won’t answer some important questions relating to the Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, including:

1) Who made the decision not to have any U.S. Marines at the U.S. consulate in Benghazi when it was attacked (by terrorists) on Sept. 11?

It was a station not an embassy. We have only one embassy in Libya at Tripoli.

Correct it was a villa rented from a private libyian citizen. Not a consulate as such.

The bad guys got wind of the time and location and hit it.

This was a secret meeting between the ambassador and oil interests.

The question that is being avoided is what was the true purpose of this meeting?

Because there was no consulate or anything aside from a mission & CIA safehouse. So... the Marines wouldnt be guarding random homes in random Libya... That'd kinda give away something like a safehouse. Then again apparently it didn't need marines out front to be known! So maybe they should have had em there anyways. But then again... they probably wouldn't have let them have live ammo :)

What are they supposed to say?

A) Because we're politically correct to the point of sacrificing Americans.

B) Because we're friends with the Soros/Muslim Brotherhood Axis, and we're damn near ready to collapse you greedy capitalist bastards in favor of a Commie/Muzzie Utopia.

C) Because the weapons we gave the local al Queda were supposed to be recovered by our fag ambassador before you pleebs found out what was going on.

D) Because George Bush made us do it.

huh

It was made by Hillary Clintoon.

She wanted a dead ambassador to embarrass the Negro.

Something else still not said. How many bad guys were killed by the two brave ex-Seals? Did the bad guys carry off their dead? Did the good guys have ammo?

Its cause marines are not in charge of protecting consulates. It is up to local milatary and police to protect foreign embassies. Just cause you have an embassy or consulate does not authorize your country to put forces on the grounds!

Re: State Dept. Still Won’t Say Why There Were No Marines at U.S. Consulate in Benghazi
A year before 6 SAS members and two diplomats flew in to Bengasi in a very public way, they were instantly captured. They quickly negotiated a release but we stopped trying to sneak in with troops back at that time because we made a “deal” with the rebel leaders.

Bengasi was the rebel capital during the revolution and still is a “special place” So we foolishly hired Libyan nationals to guard the compound in a show of good faith as the diplomats were trying to strike another deal with leaders at the time. Those hired guns turned us in for cash and their own guards attacked them even filming the incident.

I'm only human, it's my biggest flaw.

We must all realize a sink a chair and a pillow are all luxuries of home and a soldiers helmet takes the place of all three.
