Sorry folks, and I hate to say it...this situation it was completely justified. The office did his job 100%.
He will be vindicated.
The guy in the wheel chair attempted to assault the lady but the cop peacefully prevented that and then the guy unfortunately for him assaulted on the cop. Never ever put your hands on a cop or you will get what you just witnessed. Guaranteed, and rightfully so!

He lost it. He flipped out. He snapped and started smacking the crap out of this guy. A sane cop, who has control of himself, would have tossed the guy down, put cuffs on him, and voila! done. What the cop did was stupid and uncontrolled. You might change your mind if you were a cop for a day in a high crime medium to large city. Most people haven't a clue what kind of people these cops deal with day in and day out.
