In Australia all land is ultimately the Crowns if I die without a will my property reverts to Crown land,I have no basic problem with this as I can buy and sell property freely and the Queen in her 60 years reign has shown no maleavalent intentions towards landholders,having property rights in the hands of a private corporation which bundles these into packages of derivitives however seems like a risky venture you may just loose your home even if your paying on time but the derivitive your packaged into goes 'pop'. |
