i havent seen any females ever wearing these.

most ive seen are kinda pointed down...with the stars at the upper point.

i dont think ONLY the skull and bones memebers wear these...because some of these guys seems pretty young....unless they are more recent graduates...bushkie is how old now?

they are seen on tv from the news and white house conferences...the elite in politics.
