I'll share my experience. I was getting really frustrated with spiritually and the idea of aliens, so one night before bed I said to whoever was watching over me to make contact because I was getting very annoyed at not knowing why i'm here.

What happened that night was not what I was expecting! During the night I woke up to find myself paralysed (sleep paralysis)... I felt a fear like i never felt before and I knew there was something in the room doing this to me. So I looked over to the corner of the room and anyone who has experienced sleep paralysis will tell you its almost impossible to move but the fear drove me to turn my head. And there it was, a small dark being in the coner of my room, about 3-4ft with a large head. It said nothing, just made me feel fear, just the worst raw fear i've ever felt. Then like a click, I snapped out of sleep paralysis and the was a flash, i was still looking in the corner and it was gone! After researching I realised it was probley a grey alien, something I never believed in before this.

I have no idea why, thats not what I ment when I asked for contact. Was it a warning of some kind? I'll never get over it and I try take precautions to stop it happening again but sometimes i'll just be afraid to sleep, period!

This is a real experience, anyone who doubts me I really don't care. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, not even what happened but the aftermath! The thought of it happening again!
