$12 is a good starting pay for entry level positions
Why is everyone beating up the OP
He cannot change the economic situation we are all in
My company starts new hires at $10 and we give $1 raises monthly
Its hard to imagine living off of $12 an hour but I used to do it and worked hard to make more
