Like I said once everyone starts taking their house off the market and the "inventory squeeze" begins you're going to see bidding wars and buyer's little heaven will quickly turn into hell. Already happening in some areas, one of my relatives is a realtor and she's knocking on doors trying to convince people who she knows kids have left for college to PLEASE SELL!
