I wonder if this has anything to do with the Baltic Anomaly? If maybe there was a race of beings here, prior to the last ice age, creating these structures that are now under water. If so then when the next ice age hits and melts there will be a lot of our cities under water too.

NO El, see my post above. there really was the 40 days of rain and it raised the oceans 200 feet, when the firmament came down. The firmament is a barrier far more "protective" than the Ozone layer.
