Disease is a reaction to mutation. Mutation is what happens when humans subvert the perfect will of God and choose to be like gods. How could you have the knowledge of good and evil if there was no evil (disease).

I have never found any evidence that GOD created any disease. Most "diseases" can be traced back to the failings of man.

But man is sin, so there ya go. Rule of thumb, if its man made, its going to kill ya, pretty simple.
