What about a group of microbiological experts, immunologists, scientists and others who believe that to save the world, the population of humans must be reduced by 2/3 or more?

What if these people allied themselves with terrorists in Pakistan, and made them the perfect biological weapon, one they had developed in labs and tested in remote villages in Africa?

What if the perfect way to deliver this weapon is through suicide terrorists willing to be infected and will spread that infection among a targeted population?
