Anyone who is on trial for a crime that hurt another human is told by their attorney to show no emotion. NONE. It is supposed to show your guilt (?) and make the judge and jury go harder on you. I don't understand that way of thinking - I'd feel the oposite if I saw someone genuinely and obviously in pain for what they'd done.
