Immediately you say SUE, SUE!!, The she wins and we are the ones that pay for it through taxes, Watch the freakin clip! She clearly sprays something before the guy throws the water. The she gets open handed slapped, possibly by accident when the cop was trying to get her to drop whatever she sprayed earlier. Your one of those scums, that should not have a privileged to live in this world, honestly we're better off without you. |

I was going to respond with something defensive. but I see there is no use for that. I am right and you are right. Our rights are just different and in a country of law, if our opinions differ, we go to court. And since that won't be happening because it really doesn't mean that much to me, I will leave, in hopes that you are better off without me. BTW, There's a box off tissues on the counter. |

The video shows it wasn't her. Everyone of Yall are "Purposely" ignoring her throwing water on the Policemen in the "Opening Frames" of this video. That could have been an "Acid Attack". The Bottle is in her "Left Hand", her Left Arm gose threw the throwing motion with a bottle of water in it. This is ASSAULT on a Police Officer! By your way of thinking that punch in her head could be intent to kill. |

The video shows it wasn't her. She was definitely spraying the cops with something. Put the video on full screen and you can clearly see stuff flying out of whatever is in her left hand. THEN,as the white shirt is cuffing her, a blue shirt takes whatever is in her left hand and tosses it. It rolls away leaving a white trail. My guess is shaving cream. shes a bitch but did not deserve to get cleaned out like that. |

It is only in the first few frames, about the first second of the clip. I took a moment to watch the video again after downloading it so I could watch it glitch free. In any case, the Officer most likely could have controlled her simply by grabbing her and the fact that he simply closed on her and punched her without giving any orders is a pretty steep hill to climb. (Defending his actions that is) One of these days... A *REAL* rain is gonna come and wash all this scum off the streets. |

The video shows it wasn't her. Nope, She was very aggressive towards the officer's first, look at the first few seconds. You can "Very Clearly" with out a doubt, see her arm, with water bottle, slinging fluid at the officers in the opening frames For all they know it could be acid. This is assault on a Police Officer Guilty! definetly not, it is another persons arm in the distance, look at her left hand after she walks behind the police officers and then turns....her hand is empty. In fact both her hands are empty. it's people like you who get the wrong person killed Looks like a water bottle in her left hand as she's trying to walk away before she's knocked down. She must have dropped it when she got knocked down. If she did squirt the cops, which it looked like she did in first frames, then she got what she deserved. She was trying to get away. The cop could have done a lot worse to her. |

The video shows it wasn't her. Here's something that has always piqued my curiosity: Those who have out-of-the-norm opinions on what the outcome should be concerning the lady/cop debacle and whether or not "the bitch deserved it"... Answer me this: Let's say the officer is cited for use of excessive force. He gets grounded from work, pays a fine, faps consistently for three days straight then goes back to work. Do the people that voiced the opinion of "the bitch deserved it" or "bitch got what was coming to her she assaulted him" ever look back and think "Damn, my opinion on this scenario was really skewed and completely incorrect. I should really think about what on earth made me come to this conclusion...maybe my transparent act of nonchalance and anger is really affecting my outlook on life. I should fix that." ??? Or do they mark it off as just another wrong opinion and gear up for the next one? I see so many people on here that are so quick to anger, so quick to blame and have so much outward hatred it just confounds me. It really gets redundant after a while. I love to debate and I love that everybody has their own opinion, but when analyzing a scenario where all have the same facts to interpret, all have the same laws to take into account, thinking anyone deserves to be cold cocked out of nowhere for spraying some silly string is mean to the point of cruelty. Just wondering. We come to love not by finding the perfect person ... but by learning to see an imperfect person perfectly. The Story of Life is quicker than the wink of an eye. The Story of Love is hello and goodbye. Until we meet again. |
