That last part wouldn't surprise me a bit. Do you know in Belgium the Flemish government (the government of the Flemish population of Flanders) has been subsidizing research about "cracking" the personality of prison inmates, criminals etc. so as to make them easier to manipulate and, hence, perhaps, more susceptible of getting back into the fold I suppose. It was even claimed, a few years ago, they had achieved some sort of breakthrough. Anyway it was clearly about controlling people's behavior.

i think some of the shills on here dont even realize theyre shills. this is what they talk about: iran, ww3, unemployment, presidential campaigns, impending doom based on unverified information. anything that incites a sense of fear or unknowing, really.

I forgot about maybe the most important part: this stuff means they would also be able to turn people into some sort of zombies who can be made to do their bidding. They could be used for all kind of things. This smacks of total government mind control, doesn't it ? And nobody noticed a thing. It walked in unseen and unnoticed like a cat on a carpet.
