If they are looking for people its people who uploaded material, not downloaded. well evreyone upload a torrent i mean whoever cracked the file and put it out. they cant go after al lthe dowloaders. they cant track who received what pieces of what file form who, or in what order.

theres simply too many people and too much data to compile. theyd spend billions trying to go after that many people.
