The books in the wheel of time series are not only the only fantasy books he has ever read...

They are the ONLY non school or work related books he has EVER read...

In fact he told me he doesn't even read news stories... Just the headlines...

Folks, these books are all 8 hundred pages plus.... Filled with one of the most complicated stories ever told...
For it to be the only series u have ever read is mind boggling...

Growing up I read thousands of fantasy books...

There is something.... Different... About the wheel of time books...

It's hard to explain... It's not just that they are better...

Like for someone who has read them... Keeping track of the forsaken, all the different names and stuff... And who becomes who...

That whole concept never made sense to me... Why would you do it that way... you invest YEARS in developing characters with certain names... And then just throw it away...

Until I read all the stuff about politicians being spotted in two different places at once and all the unexplained scars and all the cloning...

Now it makes a lot of sense...

Shouldn't be scared about things like that, but if you have your reasons, so be it.

So, you are thinking the Rand guy from the book comes close to the Nobody person? That is the conclusion I had as well. At least the overall concept of it.

Notice in the books also, about 30% of it takes place in the dream world as well.
