Op is right. The extremists in all these groups are a set up by our governments. They are not the majority of these groups. They use propaganda to divide us.

I have seen it first hand. There is about 1 billion muslims in Asia but you never hear about them. I wonder why?

Understanding Quranic Abrogation

I would recommend reading the later parts of the Quran since, according to the Islamic doctrine of Abrogation; the later parts over-rule the earlier revelations.

Islamic friendly sites such as this one ( [link to www.qran.org] are useful for this purpose.

Accordingly, if you hear an Islamic apologist citing a Quranic verse - fact check the verse - if it is from the early Mecca revelations, it is disinformation.

Of note, the early Mecca sections are the "peaceful" sections whereby the later (Medina) sections are current for doctrine and teaching. These current, or active, sections include the orders to kill and do not befriend all non-believers.

Also, western versions of the Quran are presented in a false order - not useful for understanding this issue of Abrogation. Another form of deceiving the infidel.

If you take the Shas, Torah, Bible or Koran you could twist the words to fit an agenda. Its the people that choose to do that are the problem not the whole group itself.
