I have the same mole and so do some of my children. They are hereditary like birthmarks. We are marked by our makers. I would assume that is why the film maker placed it there.

i think you missed it.

the mole is to the upper left of a giant ring which is identical to the heliofant logo. this is also on the cheek of the alice character and also beneath her as she is seated inside one.

With all the attention to detail, you would have thought the goat would have rectangular pupils.
