California is broke because all the illegal immigrants are coming over here and putting a major toll on our infrastructure that THEY don't pay into, because they don't pay taxes.

Then, instead of using their money in the local economies, they send their money to their families back in Mexico, further fucking over the economy for California.

Make the punishment so severe that they all leave and stop coming over, and suddenly the lower/middle class (yes even White people) will have jobs working in fields for produce.

We'll finally have some income again into our local economies.
