it is time speeding up
many have noticed it
we are tied to time with our cycles
and changes in time are reflected within us

Not an doctor of oriental medicine so this may have some inaccuracies, and definitely oversimplification and incompleteness. Can't give you a cut and dry answer. And anything I say is in no way to be construed as medical advice. This is from my experiences.

My opinion is that radiation could cause a change,I don't know about more frequent.

The hormonal cycle is affected by the liver, spleen, kidney energies ( in TCM). Part of what that means is that things that affect immune function, adrenals, other metabolic processes, ability to eliminate toxins, or toxic overload in general, and issues that affect spleen (tcm spleen not allopathic spleen)-(could be assimilation, immune function, and more) can all affect menstrual cycle so I understand. Emotions and general life stressors affect the physical and energetic body, so there are potentially a number of interplaying factors that will vary in affects from one individual to another..

I would expect radiation to weaken the kidney chi ( vitality, adrenals, immunity, and related functions) and produce a lengthening between menses, scant menses, or no menses eventually. However I don't really know. It would also affect the liver/spleen so maybe it depends on the particulars for each person.

If you are peri- menopausal, or starting to be, I think the changes you experience might be something that could happen with that life stage fluctuation.

Also the various hormones and chemicals in nonorganic meat, and food in general are potential factors. The effect with meat hormones I have read is estrogenic. Some have attributed hormones fed to food supply animals as a cause of breast development and feminine characteristics in boys, and girls starting menses at earlier ages.

I am sure the allopathic diagnostics and treatments are way better than when I went through them, but for me and others, other theoretical systems of health care were able to, within their own framework, (not allopathic) locate and address systemic issues.

Also look at your diet. Minerals, antioxidants, dark leafy greens are especially good for menstsrual related issues. Look into benefits of nettles, oatstraw ( herbs) and liver supportive plants. The glitch with many of these effective plants is that although they are nutrient dense and full of minerals and vitamins, they are really good at taking up those substances- and if the substances are radioactive, then what do you do given the fact we all need to eat.

Good luck. Don't panic about this. you may be peri menopausal. you 're getting it checked out. Research ways to help minimize radiation. Build up your body's nutrition if needed. (That could also mean cutting back on certain foods if they rob you of nutrients) Your cycles may change again on there own. You didn't mention how long this had been going on. You might consider exploring whatever spiritual or metaphysical, mental healing techniques you feel would support you in this as well.

roll
watching the "run up" to the elections and the "hopes and dreams" that are built as a result is like watching a dead mouse that is still able to make his exercise wheel go around because his nerves are still twitching that familiar motion...

I used to be like clockwork every 30-32 days for many years... Over the last several months time in between has been slowly getting less and less with last cycle only 22 days apart. Also, having hair loss-- thank god I have thick hair! Starting to be concerning. I'm in Western Candad
