Hasn't Kim jong un or whatever the hell the pipsqueaks name is, learned over the years that he can wave his ding a ling all he wants and threaten nucrear war all he wants and nobody will ever take the douche seriously? Throw this in the dust bin of irrelevance.

Iran intimated the same thing. And all's we hear from the peanut gallery is that "they want to attack us". Defending oneself is the opposite of an attack.
