I remember back 20 years ago thinking that we were doomed when NAFTA passed. I just could not believe people would fall for that crap. I voted for Ross, and still have one of his T Shirts somewhere.

Perot was right about " the giant sucking sound" , and I was just shocked that others did not see it. Free trade is not possible with countries that have a lower standard of living than your country.

Back in the early 60s, my dad worked as an engineer for a Dallas company, Core Lab. Ross was their IBM rep. This was righr before Perot founded EDS. Dad was and is a respected engineer, and several of his co-workers suggested that he should work with Perot in his new company.
