The woman sitting next to Mitt was killed. Romney had to be pried out of the car - he was so seriously injured that the police officer who first responded believed him to be dead and wrote "Il est mort" - he is dead - in Romney's passport. Mitt was in a coma but apparently recovered easily.  |

The crash happened exactly as described. Romney was nearly killed by a catholic priest in 1968 and was pronounced dead on the scene. Look at the damn pictures, do a google search. It's a fact of history. |
