if you were part of a benevolent advanced alien species watching events on earth from afar, would you let the illuminati off planet?

would you let the illuminati have free will in the universe? terraform other planets? conquer planets and enslave the populations of those planets with less technology and intelligence then theirs? ritually rape, torture and murder the life forms of these other planets? enslave, rape, dominate, and destroy everything on these planets?

is there some kind of universal law you would have to follow and allow the illuminati to do what they wilt, or would you put a stop to them and quarantine these demonic bloodlines on this planet and move towards a eventual goal of removing them from power and from existence?
