It is a shadow of the robotic arm.

Do you really think NASA would put an image of a person next to Rover on their web site? It does not even look like a person.

Someone mentioned in another thread that you can look at a cloud and imagine it to be anything the shape resembles. But then, you use common sense and realize it is rally just a cloud.
