Poster Handle Ban Loudspeaker for prayer

Peaceful people start shouting at top of their voice using
loud speaker from 4 am in the morning to Pray to God.
This disturbs all the people in around the area.
Hence they must be prevented from using loud speaker.

Is there God deaf that they need a loud speaker to pray to him ?
