One way or the other just know that you will lose your gf. Even if you do get with this other girl, there is no guarantee that she won't tell your gf.

Since you've picked a woman who is in close proximity on a daily basis to your gf it sure seems as if you are intentionally (whether you know it or not) doing something that will put the relationship in jeopardy.
