its not abnormal for you to be in this situation, especially when there is no longer a physical side to your relationship.

my advice, break up with your current girl first, can you imagine her world if she were to find out you cheated on her.Secondly, when you all work together thats just nuts, you could loose your job as well as loose your long term girlfriend.
