where was the drone at?

I have kids, and they NEVER play outside, unless Im out there with them, and they are over 11yrs old.

This is the reason we need public cams, drones, i dont care.

I see kids outside less then 4yrs old playing, by them selves, 5 ft from the street at least 10 times a day, and al i can do is shake my head that the parents dont even give a shit..

Then, they end up missing, and its societies fault. If you dont have the time and maturity to raise kids, dont fucking have them..
